Payment
Payment is due at the time of your purchase.
French Charmed accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider. Your privacy is rigorously protected by them. It is not necessary for you to be a member to use Paypal. We also respect your privacy and will not disclose any information you provide to us.
Please email us if you would prefer other terms to pay for your merchandise. We also accept Postal Money Orders and personal checks. We will hold your purchased item for seven days. If we do not receive payment within seven days, the item will be relisted for sale. All checks must clear before merchandise can be shipped.
Layaway
We ask for a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance due within 30 days. Deposits are Non-refundable. Please feel free to inquire for more information regarding layaway.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated for you at check out.
We ship U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx ground. *Shipping rates are for Continental U.S. only* ALASKA, HAWAII and INTERNATIONAL customers please email us for shipping quotes. We also REFUND shipping fee overages when there is a substantial difference, ie... anything above a $1.00 difference.
Returns
All antique, shabby, vintage and gently used items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. These previously owned items are not always perfect, just perfectly beautiful! We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and disclosing of any damage. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and if you have a question *ask* before making a purchase. New items are returnable. You must send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. A store credit will be issued for the price of the item. Shipping and insurance cost are not refundable.
