Payment is due at the time of your purchase.
French Charmed accepts all major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, by online submission or you can call us! (509) 591-0427. We also accept Paypal. Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider. Your privacy is rigorously protected by them. It is not necessary for you to be a member to use Paypal. We also respect your privacy and will not disclose any information you provide to us.
We accept Postal Money Orders and personal checks. Please email or call us at 509-591-0427, if you prefer this option. We will hold your purchased item for seven days. If we do not receive payment within seven days, the item will be relisted for sale. All checks must clear before merchandise can be shipped :-)
Layaway
Layaway available on most items! We ask for a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance due within 30 days. Deposits are Non-refundable. We welcome your call to inquire for more information regarding layaway!

Returns
Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of hand finishing and handcrafting, many of our products may have slight variations. Any imperfections or blemishes are intended to give each piece its individual and unique character. All antique, vintage and gently used items are sold "as is", and will show wear. These previously owned items are not always perfect, just perfectly beautiful! We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and if you have a question *ask* before making a purchase. CUSTOM made items are non-refundable. You must send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number (item must be returned within 30 days for any refund to apply). The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price.
